NO sleep!

Another night with hardly any sleep. this one was particularly bad. I didnt fall asleep until 4am. I just couldnt relax. Thankfully I was able to watch the entire season 3 of parks and recreation, so I didnt feel completely paniced.
I have a theory, the sleepless nights might because of stored up energy. I sit down all day long, but i dont eat any less. I have to put my body back on a health schedule. I either sleep nonstop or dont sleep at all. My whole system is out of wack. :(
I have some friend going joining Weight Watchers with me next paycheck. I was going to do those shakes, but weight watchers is less expensive, and I can eat real food. Plus I know a lady who lost over 100 lbs in a year! and I need to do that! She didnt even exersize, just followed the diet plan. I need to lose over a 100 lbs! and all I need is a tiny little push to make sure I stay on track! I know this will work for me.
In the mean time, I am so tired I can not think straight. Ill be glad when this day is over.

  1. I am glad that you were able to get your sleeping patterns back on track. I hate it when that happens.

I am excited about being back on MFP. I know a lot of people use the web site and other plans as a combination, but I like free sooo much. :D

Just a word of advice, from a nonprofessional point of view, it does take a little exercise to keep things moving in the right direction. Build a little muscle, get your blood pumping, it is a good mood booster, it boosts energy, it helps to balance the good and bad cholesterol, it helps regulate sleeping patterns, and it can become a fun habit if you do something you like to do. <3

I love ya lady! You got this! I know you do!
